These Terms govern your use of the Son of God AI website, chat application, accounts, subscriptions, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Son of God AI is an AI-powered assistant for general information, writing, research, practical tasks, faith-related questions, file analysis, voice transcription, live search, and image generation. Features may change, improve, become unavailable, or be subject to usage and safety limits.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Users under 13 must not create an account without verifiable parental permission where required by law.
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. AI limitations
AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. Son of God AI is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgment or for qualified professional advice. Verify important information and consult an appropriate professional for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding, or other high-impact decisions.
The service is not a pastor, priest, church, spiritual director, emergency service, or replacement for local Christian community and pastoral care. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or trusted person immediately.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You give us and our service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to upload and process your content. Do not submit confidential, copyrighted, personal, or sensitive material unless you are authorised to do so and accept that it must be processed to provide the requested feature.
5. AI outputs and generated images
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs produced for you. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, eligible for copyright protection, accurate, or free from third-party rights. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, abuse, exploitation, or harassment;
- create or distribute sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers children;
- introduce malware, evade security controls, probe the service without permission, or interfere with other users;
- misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice or use it to make unlawful automated decisions about people;
- access the service through automated means that impose unreasonable load or bypass published limits; or
- use outputs in a deceptive, defamatory, or harmful manner.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or preserve the service.
7. Free access and subscriptions
Free usage may be limited by message count, feature availability, or other restrictions shown in the service. Paid subscriptions provide the features described at checkout and renew at the interval and price shown there until cancelled.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. Taxes, exchange rates, and payment-provider terms may apply. We will provide notice of material subscription-price changes as required by law.
8. Third-party services and links
The service relies on third parties for AI processing, search, authentication, payments, hosting, and other functions. Links and search results may lead to third-party websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may apply reasonable limits for security, cost, legal, or technical reasons.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Son of God AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on AI output. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably possible or legally required.
