This policy explains how Son of God AI handles personal information when you use our website, chat application, account features, subscriptions, and support tools.

1. Who we are

Son of God AI provides an AI assistant designed for everyday questions, work, family life, faith, research, writing, file analysis, voice transcription, and image generation. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication provider, subscription status, and account settings.
  • Chat and feature content: prompts, AI responses, conversation titles, files and images you upload, generated images, voice recordings submitted for transcription, custom instructions, and memory you choose to save.
  • Location information: approximate location derived from network information and, only when you enable it, precise device location used to provide locally relevant answers.
  • Payment information: subscription and billing status supplied by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device details, request identifiers, security-check results, error diagnostics, and limited usage events needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Support and feedback: your name, account email, feedback message, and response ratings or reports you choose to submit.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalise the service; generate AI responses and images; transcribe audio; save and sync conversations; remember information you ask us to remember; process subscriptions; prevent abuse and fraud; investigate faults; respond to support requests; and improve product reliability and usability.

Where applicable, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent for optional features such as precise location, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI processing and service providers

Content may be sent to service providers only as needed to deliver the feature you request. These providers may include AI model providers for chat, search, transcription, and image generation; Firebase for authentication; Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage, and processing; Stripe for billing; and support or analytics providers.

In the current service, AI processing may involve xAI and OpenAI services. Live-search requests may also retrieve information from public web or X sources. Written support feedback may be delivered through our configured support messaging channel.

5. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers acting for us, when you direct us to use a feature, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the public, or the service. Because our providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognised contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

6. Retention

We keep account and synced conversation information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Guest chats and some generated images may remain only on your device. Security and diagnostic records are kept for a limited operational period and are automatically capped or rotated.

You can delete individual synced chats and can request account deletion from Settings. Some limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, or security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Turn optional memory and precise location on or off in Settings.
  • Review, edit, or clear saved memory and delete synced conversations.
  • Cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

8. Children and families

The service is designed to be family-safe, but accounts, subscriptions, precise location, and saved memory involve personal-data choices. Children should use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Users under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information without verifiable parental permission where required by law.

9. Security

We use access controls, authentication, rate limits, security checks, encryption in transit, and monitoring intended to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid including information you do not need the AI to process.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be announced in the service.
